Why is the WARRIOR Performance Mastermind referred to as a tribe? Different than a group, team, or collective, in a tribe, no member is greater than the tribe, yet the tribe can only thrive by demanding the best of each member, at all times.
What is a mastermind?
I was fortunate to have been introduced to the concept of a mastermind at 20 years old. The other members were twice, in some cases, three times my age. However, I quickly learned that it was their passion for growth, from challenge and accountability that attracted the founders and leaders of Pizza Hut, Lear Jet, Rent-A-Center, Coleman Outdoors, Wendy's, Residence Inn, and others to participate in this mastermind. I have since, participated in masterminds that included members from a vast array of industries and from around the world. I've learned that the more diverse the members are, the more powerful the mastermind. However, sustainable success only occurs when all members are of like mind, passionate to serve and receive ideas, challenges, and accountability with balanced velocity.
A mastermind enlists a growth minded, trusted community for a combination of brainstorming, learning, and accountability. Positive, nonjudgemental support in a private community to sharpen business and personal performance is the foundation of a healthy mastermind. Members challenge one another to cast bigger visions, to set strong targets, and as importantly, to practice excellence in the preparation processes of always delivering their best.
The mastermind facilitator schedules and structures the tribe. The facilitator also helps guide the direction and depth of discussions, and works with members to create programs, processes, and practices that can consistently enable the best outcomes.

Without prioritizing physical fitness first and foremost, nothing else matters. Being healthy is just a passing grade. Becoming holistically fit is for those who live for sustained availability, growth, and ever increasing capabilities and capacity. Until you become your very best at who you are today, you do not have the ability to become your very best at what it is that you do as a spouse, parent, friend, student, professional, leader, or community member.
Mental Fitness
Without first becoming physically fit, it is impossible to become mentally fit. The brain is the most important and valuable asset we have. Without proper rest, hydration, nutrition, and stimulation, the brain will be limited and it will periodically malfunction. Becoming mentally fit enables healthy perspectives and a disciplined lifestyle resulting in less stress and anxiety, better memory, laser focus, optimized energy, better and quicker thinking and decisions, self-confidence, and natural creativity.
Emotional Fitness
Without first becoming physically and then mentally fit, it’s impossible for your to become emotionally fit. Emotional fitness is the ability to pause, assess, and then respond instead of reacting to others and to situations. Emotional fitness is especially critical in times of chaos, crisis, fear, disappointment, and loss. Being emotionally fit enables one to sustain a mindset built on a positive perspective of life so that opportunities can be identified and acted upon even during the most undesirable of circumstances. Successes and failures are simply events. They are the mountains and valleys that we traverse that make the journey of life worthwhile and fulfilling. Emotional fitness creates the desire to be humble and grateful while taking full responsibility for processing and channeling emotions in constructive ways the enable that best possible outcomes.

The WARRIOR Performance Mastermind program is a one time fee of $1497 for the first 20 Founding Members. After the first 20 Founding Members have joined, the new member fee is $1,297 each year.
