WARRIOR Full Season 1-1 Coaching
12 months of building and executing your new system of ever increasing WARRIOR performance capacity and capabilities, physically, mentally, and emotionally, across your life, spiritually, personally, and professionally.
WARRIOR Full Season 1-1 Coaching consists of a 45 minute workout per week for 40 weeks during 12 contiguous calendar months.
You will learn and experience putting into action the 13 Characteristics of WARRIORs:
1. Aware:
WARRIORS are keenly aware of their personal capabilities and of their environmental situations.
2. Mindset:
WARRIORs possess the growth mindset. They accept that they have control of how they perceive the world. WARRIORs are relentless in finding the opportunities in problems and challenges.
3. Fit:
WARRIORS are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit for any situation.
4. Disciplined:
WARRIORS honor their unique system of processes and habits that enable mastery.
5. Prepared:
WARRIORS are uncompromising in their habits and practices to be prepared for any situation.
6. Relentless:
WARRIORS are steadfast on their purpose and for their missions.
7. Humble:
WARRIORS are the first to accept 100% responsibility, they serve others first, and they are last to speak.
8. Kind:
WARRIORS are loving, compassionate and gentle, yet truthful and candid.
9. Benevolent:
WARRIORS live to treat and serve others well.

WARRIORS honor their unique system of processes and habits that enable mastery.
